Melanie

Certified Birth Doula

Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula

Certified Reiki Practitioner

Certified Placenta Specialist

Melanie is the founder of Baby Concierge of Atlanta and a devoted mother of two who understands how sacred and transformative the journey into parenthood can be. After the birth of her first child, she felt a clear calling to support mothers through pregnancy, birth, and the tender early days of motherhood. Work that naturally evolved into her life’s purpose.

With the arrival of her second child, Melanie gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of sibling care and the emotional transition older children experience as families grow. This insight continues to shape her family-centered, holistic approach. One that honors not only the newborn, but the entire household.

Known for her calm presence, reliability, and nurturing spirit, Melanie offers personalized, concierge-level care thoughtfully tailored to each family’s unique needs during the third and fourth trimesters. Her work is grounded in creating a supportive environment where parents feel seen, held, and empowered.

Whether supporting a family’s birth vision, guiding postpartum recovery and self-care, caring for newborns, or tending to the emotional rhythms of the family after birth, Melanie’s intention is always the same: to create space for rest, bonding, and confidence during this profound life transition.

It is her mission to empower families to move through this season feeling nurtured, supported, and deeply connected. So they can fully cherish the beginning of life with their newest addition.

Jonnae

Certified Birth Doula

Certified Massage Therapist

Nanny

Jonnae began her journey in 2010, working as a nanny with a special focus on infant and toddler care. It was during those early years that she discovered her passion for supporting parents through the tender, transformative moments of early parenthood.

In 2019, she became a mother herself — an experience that profoundly deepened her commitment to this work. The care and support she received during her own birth and postpartum journey inspired her to pursue doula work more fully. Jonnae felt the called not only to support clients but also to uplift and encourage fellow doulas. She finds deep fulfillment in both aspects of her work: walking alongside families during birth and postpartum, and mentoring other doulas as they grow in their calling.

At the heart of everything she does is a genuine love for nurturing and empowering others. She believes every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and confident throughout this life-changing chapter.
